Southern Inland - NSW
Per the notice on official website, EOIs will be assessed only until Friday, August 16, 2019. Anyone who has not received invitation to full application by the aforementioned time will not receive it under the 489 Visa program.
Applications will be opened for 491 Sponsorship once the 491 Visa program commences. Dates of commencement of 491 Visa program will be declared by the Department of Home Affairs.
Applicants who have received Invitation to Full Application are suggested to provide all the documents to RDA Southern Inland Office by August 28, 2019. Any applications received after the said date will not be assessed.
The RDA Southern Inland has further reiterated that the decision on EOI is final and no further explanation of the decision will be provided to anyone.
Southern Australia Occupation List
The Department has advised that as many occupations are currently not available for the state nomination, applicants are suggested to check for their occupation before applying for state nomination.

ACT - Canberra Matrix
The Department has reiterated the importance of understanding the criteria for ACT 190 nomination.
According to the Department, failure to provide evidence of Matrix eligibility/score claimed will lead to refusal of the application.
If the Matrix score of any applicant is ranked and he/she is invited to apply for ACT 190 nomination, he/she must provide supporting documents to evidence his/her eligibility and any Matrix score claimed on the date of Matrix submission. If the applicant fails to provide the evidence, his/her application will be refused.
