I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Asia Pacific Group, with a special shoutout to Zack. From the very beginning, when we had no idea where to start, Zack has been incredibly supportive. Our case was exceptionally difficult and complicated, but Zack approached it with unwavering confidence. He meticulously prepared every detail, ensuring the success of our application. I frequently reached out to Zack with numerous questions, even after working hours, and he consistently demonstrated patience, support, and a willingness to address all my concerns, leaving me reassured and calm. Having endured a 2.5-year wait, I am delighted to share that we obtained PR straight away without the need for a Temporary Residence (TR) visa. This success is undoubtedly attributed to Zack's dedication and expertise. Thank you, Asia Pacific Group, and a heartfelt thank you, Zack, for making this journey smoother and ultimately leading to a positive outcome.
