This is one of the pathways of the Manitoba International Education Stream of MPNP. It targets foreign nationals who have recently graduated from a post-secondary educational institution in Manitoba and are currently working in the province of Manitoba in an in-demand occupation.
Candidates successfully nominated through this stream are invited to submit their applications for Canadian PR. It must be noted that the graduates from Canadian post-secondary educational institutions out of Manitoba are ineligible for this stream. Nevertheless, they may apply through one of the Skilled Workers in Manitoba streams.

To be eligible for this stream, a candidate must have completed a post-secondary program at a specified institute in the province of Manitoba. The program must have been at least 1-year in duration and must have been completed within 3 years prior to the application. Furthermore, the candidate must be currently employed with a Manitoba employer in a field that is consistent with their education.
Also, the employer must extend their job offer with at least a 1-year contract in a position at NOC Code 0, A, or B. The position must be on the Manitoba In-Demand Occupations List.
The graduates from Masters and PhD programs may apply to the MPNP without a job offer through the Graduate Internship Pathway.
The candidates must demonstrate proficiency in either English or French consistent with CLB level 7. Language tests must have been taken within 2 years prior to applying to the program.
All the candidates applying for this stream must be residing in the province of Manitoba at the time of their application and exhibit their intent to continue to reside in Manitoba post-nomination, which includes the submission of their Career Employment Plan.
For this stream, the candidates must demonstrate liquid funds equivalent to Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) requirements per the federal immigration authorities of Canada, which can be done by showing a valid offer of employment from a Manitoba employer.
The candidates interested in applying to this pathway must first contact the MPNP by emailing at immigratemanitoba@gov.mb.ca. The qualified candidates will be invited to attend an information session for the MPNP where full details will be provided about the application procedure.
Candidates looking for a job offer in order to be eligible for this program must make sure their offer of employment is in one of the MPNP In-Demand Occupations, listed below:
