The PR invitations list for June 2019 is out! Let's have a look at the results for Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) and Skilled Regional (provisional) visa (subclass 489) visas invitation rounds conducted in June of 2019.
Similar to May of 2019, a total of 110 invitations were issued in the SkillSelect invitation round on June 11, 2019. A total of 10 invitations were sent for Skilled Regional (provisional) visa (subclass 489) and 100 invitations were issued for Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189).
For Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189), 59 invitations were sent to clients with minimum 85 points; 22 to clients with minimum 90 points; 18 to clients with minimum 95 points; and the remaining (1) invitation was issued to client with minimum 105 points.
For Skilled Regional (provisional) visa (subclass 489), all the 10 invitations were issued to clients with minimum 90 points.
The minimum cut-off score for Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) was 85 points and Skilled Regional (provisional) visa (subclass 489) was 90 points for June of 2019.
It should be noted that SkillSelect first allocates available places to Skilled – Independent visas (subclass 189) and then the remaining to Skilled – Regional (Provisional) visas (subclass 489). In case all places are taken up by subclass 189 visas, there will be no invitations issued for subclass 489 visas.
